Returns and refunds for IdestaMart orders

This policy applies to products purchased through the IdestaMart checkout. Products you buy after following a link to Amazon are purchased from Amazon and are subject to the seller's applicable order support and return terms.

Many IdestaMart products are made to order through our production partner, Printify. For these made-to-order products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or an incorrect size or color selected at checkout, unless required by applicable law. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please follow the instructions below. Please check product details and sizing before ordering.

If your IdestaMart order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, email Info@idestamedical.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging where relevant. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. Please contact us before sending anything back; we will provide instructions if a return is needed.

If a refund is approved, we will issue it to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on your payment provider. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
